What Makes you so special?
resources in my venture:
1. my product has passion: It may not be the company Apple that is comprised of carrying itself by a nice logo, but it is something that people will use daily when they go to the library. When you look at it it will remind you of the custodians, and that they're there to keep your campus clean.
2. Team Work: The whole reason for this product is to lift the burden off of custodians. What better way to keep the library clean by inciting community in the product.
3. Business Savvy: Schools always want the best for their students so it will bring in more students. By being tech savvy it also increases the business. I noticed that my customers thought that being technology efficient with my product would make it more interesting. Technology brings in customers and generates more business.

1. I have some adequate startup money through a organization that is dedicated to campus clean up.

My Top Resource:
I think that my top resource is that I have a organization that is willing to help fund and support me. I think that having support in your company is the best thing that you can ever have. Considering that it takes a lot of burden off of me, and it gives me time to focus on educating myself, and also finding material.

I definitely agree that having an organization that is already willing to help fund your venture is your top resource. I agree that having support is a very valuable thing in entrepreneurship. It helps build your confidence in the venture and saves you the time you would otherwise be spending trying to find investments.

The trend toward more environmentally friendly practices should be beneficial to your business. My feedback would be to insure that you include more detail in your post. You did not conduct a full VRIN analysis.

ReplyDeleteI can tell that you put a lot of effort towards all of your posts and your work is very clean. As for this particular post, i admire all of the resources you have available to you. The most interesting one to me is the fact that you already have a supportive organization on your side to implement your innovation. This is great because not only re you motivated to continue, but you have professionals to bounce ideas off of in the future.
