An opportunity to grow and better a product or idea is always there. The person just has to be open minded about whatever they are trying to solve. I feel the more you're exposed to the problems around you the better you become at problem solving.

The Changing of Climate

Climate change has a broad aspect because there are different areas in which climate change affects people.

A person can focus on the oceans or the forests or the air pollution. When you're dealing with this topic it's hard not to find something that can have a positive outcome. When I am thinking about a customer I can go for an organization like the Nature Conservancy because they dedicate their time to figure out ways to preserve our earth. This opportunity will be easy to exploit because this issue is so broad and by doing the simple things can still make a huge impact. I could form a group that goes to pick up trash off the beach or out of rivers.

The Economy Is in the Expansion Phase of the Business Cycle

An economic expansion increases the demand for consumer goods. Meaning their is

opportunity for people with new products to get their ideas into the facilities.

At this time banks lend capital at low interest rates, and there is more demand

for more workers. For this I would say if you're looking to problem solve, and you have thought out ideas to those problems this is the time for an entrepreneur to take risks.

I think during the time of expansion when the economy is open to new marketing Ideas

it should be easy to exploit, but it depends on what you're trying to sell or what the idea is, and if their is a market.

Opportunity exists because there's always room for growth in companies, and when

you're are trying to grow the company you look for ways to draw in and keep employees. I know in a smaller company paid sick leave and minimum wage can be tricky because all of the technicalities that have to be considered. For instance, when the company is smaller in size the

business tends to have less workers.

For this trend I would target people who the entrepreneurs needs in order to make the business ideas marketable.

When entrepreneurs are going into the business and they need a team, these benefits

attract talent. This will be relatively difficult because entrepreneurs are trying to get the

products and their ideas out, and when you have to give mandatory paid sick

leave and a minimum wage it would be hard because the start up usually is not stable financially. Entrepreneurs are on a budget, and sometimes that requires the workers to be fully on board and putting in a lot of work.

The opportunity exists within the last option. How are we going to manage when the strain

on other traded goods increases? When they decide to raise the costs for trading across

the border for raw material we have to improvise to get the goods at the best prices by building those personal trading relationships.

The customer will be the business owner that has to bargain for the raw material.

I feel that it will be difficult to negotiate for lower prices for trading when they are pending free trade agreements. When the agreement is signed the people that are selling

their material will want to make up for the capital they're losing.
